Set outside of medieval cities of Anghiari and Sansepolcro, birthplace of the great Piero della Francesca, in panoramic position in the picturesque landscape northeast of Arezzo in Tuscany, a natural amphitheatre of wild and uncontaminated beauty.
The large farmhouse, which covers an area of approximately 1000 mq, is the result of a careful programme of restoration which was completed in 2001. The original building, which was developed over a number of centuries, was made in stone and designed in the form of a "L" shape around a central tower which dates from the 12th to the 13th century. I Despite its state of disrepair and abandonment, the raw and magnificent beauty of this rustic building revealed historical links with a noble past.
